Theater-museum Salvador Dalí and Vineyards of the Castle Perelada

The Dalí Museum-Theater is built on the remaining of the ancient Municipal Theater of Figueres, it is considered to be the last big work of Salvador Dalí. All he did was conceived and designed by the artist with the intention of offering to the visitor a real experience and taking it inside his own exceptional world.

A few minutes from there, the most prestigious vineyards from the region to visit are there, the vineyards Perelada, which are preceded by an imposing medieval castle. History and oenology in one place where you will learn how to make wine.

Salvador Felipe Jacinto Dalí i Domènech, was born in Figueras, 1904-1989, he was a painter, sculptor, engraver, scenographer and writer. He is considered one of the leading representatives of surrealism. The collection of the Dalí Theatre-Museum allows the viewer to see the entire career of this genius through the widest range of works. Stroll through the rooms is to travel from his earliest artistic experiences to the works of the last years of his life, through surrealism, nuclear mysticism and passion for science.
